At Nutravita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Nutravita account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
